A perfect, highly efficient addition
Our electric heating systems for turbines reach temperatures of up to 600 °C without any problems. This ensures that your turbines can work under optimal conditions, maximising performance and efficiency.
And, as is well known, efficiency is key in energy production. Our electric heating systems are highly energy efficient. As a result you will reduce your operating costs sustainably and protect the environment. During downtimes, the turbines can be kept at an optimal temperature, which ensures that the turbine can be started up in a material-friendly manner if necessary.
Reliable and low maintenance
We know how immensely important it is to have your machinery available at all times. We have therefore designed our electric heat systems for turbines to be extremely low-maintenance. This reduces downtimes and ensures a smooth process.
This is why our customisable electric heating systems are made from high-quality materials that pass strict quality controls without any trouble. With this we guarantee a long life and reliable operation – even under extreme conditions.
Teflon-insulated heating cable(temperature resistant to 260 °C)
For longer length pipes or larger areas, Teflon-insulated heating cables are used. Due to their jacket made of PTFE or PFA, they are highly resistant to most chemical influences. With nominal voltages of up to 750 V, these extremely flexible heating cables can be used up to maximum operating temperatures of 260°C.
Mineral-insulated heating cable(temperature resistant to 1000 °C)
For operating temperatures above 260°C, mineral-insulated heating cables with a metal jacket are used. Depending on the requirements for temperature or corrosion resistance, the heating cables are produced with a jacket made of CuNi, VA 1.4541 or Inconel. All heating cables and connection components are also available with appropriate certificates for use in explosion hazardous areas.
Self-limiting heating tapestemperature resistant to 240 °C)
For continuous operating temperatures from 65 °C to 240 °C, the self-limiting heating tapes can be used flexibly for frost protection and temperature maintenance on pipes and containers. They can be adjusted precisely to the component to be heated on location.
Switch and control systems
For all heating systems, we can also supply the corresponding switch and control systems tailored to the customer’s needs. Depending on the requirements, from simple relay technology to electronic control with connection to the respective process control system.
