Our noise protection hoods are custom designed, manufactured and assembled to reflect the state of the art The enclosures provide additional protection for generators against environmental impact and reduce the acoustic emissions of the components inside the housing. To ensure that there is still optimal heat emission, ventilation systems and vents are installed as necessary. A blower door test verifies the airtightness of the hoods after installation.

The design of the exhaust systems depends on the exhaust gas temperature, the flues can be designed with insulation applied both inside and outside. The exhaust systems are fitted with noise protection baffles that are specially designed to meet the acoustic requirements.

In addition to the design and delivery of complete systems, service and maintenance work can also be performed worldwide by our own personnel.

The design of so-called noise protection enclosures consists of wall and roof elements whose inner shells are filled with mineral wool. This filling possesses excellent noise-absorbing properties. The noise enters the element through the perforated sheet and is minimised as it exits through the mineral wool.
